RIO DE JANEIRO
Here are the pics from Rio de Janeiro, with the exception of pics from Pão de Açúcar (Sugarloaf) and the botanical gardens.

But...on the other hand...just a few blocks above Copacabana is this favela (a low-income neighborhood)...



Just inland from Ipanema is a lagoon, Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas...
