CAIRO -- CITY CENTER
Here are pictures in and near the city center of Cairo on a mostly cloudy day (there were even some sprinkles)...

Across the Nile from "downtown" is an island called Gezira (which simply means "island" in Arabic--also transliterated as "Jazeera"). Here's the Gezira Tower...
