HUE

Hue is the city that was the old imperial capital of Vietnam. Parts of the imperial city were destroyed during the 1940s (fighting during independence from the French) and again in the Vietnam War. Parts of the city are walled. It was quite cloudy and dark there (with very cool weather for its latitude (16-17 deg N)--only in the upper 60s).
